Lebala Camp stays open all year around, even though at times, water comes right up to the lodge, which stands on stilts for that very reason. It is a charming small camp in an area offering extremely good game viewing.

Lebala Camp caters for a maximum of 16 guests in 8 luxury twin tents all with bath and double outside showers. The rooms are so large and comfortable that you can't believe you are in a tent. Each tent has its own wooden balcony where you can sit and watch animals stroll by. You get three wholesome, healthy meals per day. The rates include, wines, all alcoholic and other beverages.

Lebala's intimate size makes it all the more friendly and guests dine together on one long table. Cuisine is attractively laid out buffet style and is delicious home-cooked food with plenty of originality. Beverages are included in the all-inclusive tariff and the bar is stocked with premium brands and good wines and beers.

For hot lazy afternoons there is a large plunge pool with deck chairs positioned under shade-giving trees. There is plenty of reading material from the well-stocked library, and some of the guide books and colour coffee table books can be purchased from the little curio shop, as well as other essential items and African crafts.
