Chief's Camp is a luxury bush lodge situated on Chief's Island, in the exclusive Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana. This is the only Big Five area in Botswana with recently introduced White and Black Rhino. Sunscreen, sunglasses and hats are essential as the sun in northern Botswana is very strong. Insect repellents are advised, although Chief's Camp does provide these. Binoculars and good cameras are an absolute must. Please don't forget to bring plenty of film and camera batteries, as stocks in Botswana are unpredictable.

Game viewing opportunities include daily excursions in open 4x4 vehicles and quiet mokoro (dug-out canoe) trips along narrow Delta channels. Health

Malaria is a serious concern in northern Botswana. Please consult your doctor for the best prophylaxis. Bottled mineral water is supplied at the camp.

Children under 9 years are not accepted unless by prior arrangement, as the camp is unfenced.
